Founded in 2014 by owner Didi Nwagbo, the GTA ALLSTARS have risen from a regional powerhouse to one of the most dominant semi-professional football organizations in Canada. From day one, the team’s foundation has rested on a simple but uncompromising belief:

Our Mission
To create a competitive, elite football environment where athletes can push their limits, grow as leaders, and prepare for the next level while continuing a championship legacy that defines the GTA Allstars name.

League & Competition
From 2014 to 2025, the GTA Allstars competed in the Northern Football Conference (NFC), becoming one of the league’s most storied and successful organizations.
In 2026, the team enters a new era with its move to the Power 5 league — a fresh chapter built on dominance, ambition, and the pursuit of even greater heights.

In 2019, the team was led offensively by Grey Cup MVP and Toronto Argonauts legend Damon Allen, serving as Offensive Coordinator & Assistant Head Coach — bringing CFL- caliber strategy and mentorship to the program.
